Sean and Steve from SPT Refurbishments did a superb job in ripping out and replacing an outdated on-suite bathroom, overcoming unforeseen issues with ease by offering alternative solutions and completing the work to time, budget, specification and overall satisfaction. The quality of work and attention to detail (including plumbing, electrics, tiling and painting) was outstanding and their customer focus in responding to requests could not be faulted. They focused solely on the job in hand, turning up punctually each day, cleaned up after each day’s work and maintained a pleasant, cheery disposition through-out. We are very pleased with the new bathroom and would have no hesitation in using SPT Refurbishments again or recommending them to others.

Sean and his assistant Steve have done an excellent job of completely stripping out our old ensuite bathroom and totally refurbishing it to our design and to a very high standard. Sean is a very skilled professional, a good communicator and a great problem solver. He pays great attention to detail, and nothing is too much trouble. He called in various other trades as required and the overall quality of workmanship is outstanding throughout. We have no hesitation in highly recommending SPT Refurbishments.

Sean and his team are precise, meticulous but also creative and they recently completely gutted and completely rebuilt our bathroom, and did so precisely within the time estimated. Their work is top quality and I really cannot recommend them highly enough. During the work they helped us enormously when it came to making decisions on a number of options and it was to be honest a privilege to have such skill and craftsmanship available to us.

I have used Sean at SPT Refurbishment for 15 years and highly recommend him. He has built us bespoke cupboards, shelving units, radiator covers, wardrobes. He has refurbished bathrooms and shower rooms for us, has decked out attics and fitted access ladders, and has recently converted a garage into a large bespoke utility room and wine cellar. He brings in specialist trades as needed, manages each project efficiently and effectively and has always remained in budget.
