Darek was a pleasure to work with. He is honest, polite and extremely thorough. He arrived bang on time and didn't stop all day. He had a challenge here as our carpets are cream coloured and getting old but he persevered and did much of the stain removal on his knees. Darek came recommended by a friend and we would not only use him again but also have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Darius has just completed the cleaning of my bedroom , landing and stairs carpets. I am absolutely thrilled with the result. I am also really pleased with how careful he was not to damage anything as I was particularly concerned about the paintwork. I had recently had all the area decorated - in fact the landing and stairs area was only finished yesterday and I was concerned re any damage to paint not cured. Nothing was in any way affected. He was also professional , courteous and obviously takes great pride in his work. I would definitely recommend.

We needed a carpet cleaner urgently to clean the carpets in my late parents-in-law' house due to an impending sale. I contacted Darek, who was able to provide us with a quote and a date that worked to our schedule. On the day, Darek was prompt and was completely unfazed by working around a plumber, who was trying to fix the failing heating system. Darek was absolutely brilliant, he had done a fabulous job of cleaning carpets in the entire 4 bed house. The carpets were heavily soiled from building work carried out in the previous year and also with kids colouring and paints on it. He turned it into brand new carpets and smelt so fresh. He is very good to work with and very affable. He was on time to check the house and provided the quote on site and time to carry out the job. He did take his time and was in no rush. I would gladly recommend Darek anytime.

This is a great carpet cleaning company. I would highly recommend them. The company we previously booked for our end of tenancy cleaning cancelled at the last minute. I contacted Darek needing a 5 bedroom house cleaned with only a few days notice. Nothing was too hard and Darek was pleasant and professional. They have done an excellent job.

I can not recommend Derak highly enough, I can HONESTLY say that my carpet looks absolutely brand new, I’ve had other carpet cleaners who have told me that they would not be able to remove certain stains, well for Derak it wasn’t even a challenge and aside from that he was extremely punctual, efficient, professional and a really charming man to talk to. DO NOT USE ANYBODY ELSE you will waste your money.

For such a long time the stains in our home had been a bother to me, didn’t know how on earth they will go, I told me my concerns and his amazing reviews I had read, He replied “I am not a magician, I can only try my best” I had high hopes and he did way beyond my expectations! Very happy with the service from Dariusz. He removed all the stains from our carpets, rugs and chairs and left with them looking like new. He is very punctual, reliable and efficient. After reading the other reviews, I was surprised when I had no reply, having sent a message through the Little Green Book. I decided to contact him via his email address and he replied within the hour. If you do use the Little Green Book messaging service and you haven’t heard from him within the day, something has gone wrong, so just contact him directly.

I was in touch with Darek earlier this year and he came over to review the carpets that we needed cleaned. Having two small children, you can imagine the state of my carpet in the lounge, plus our main bedroom had makeup marks over it - just to mention both carpets in the lounge and upstairs are light in colour, so the marks would show up instantly. Darek, cleaned our carpets a couple of weeks ago, it took approx 3 hours and I was able to leave Darek to the job, on my return I was amazed by his work. They are brand new. And for those tough makeup stains - they were all gone! Yes, our carpet is now clean and fresh. Darek was very professional and friendly, he charged a good price and as he finished earlier than expected he left some change for me too.I would highly recommend Darek's services. I am actually going to book him again in 6 months, just to have clean fresh carpets with the kids. Very happy customer.

Darius is very fast, clean and thorough in cleaning carpets. His prices are also very competitive. He cleaned my lounge, office, stairs and landing carpets today, they are 10 years old and he really has made them look like new, without any chemical smells either. I thoroughly recommend Darius and also intend to use him again for my bedroom carpets next time.

Had Dariusz steam clean our upstairs carpets together with stairs and hallway earlier this month. Excellent work. Turned up promptly. Competitively priced. Personable. Would give 5 stars and will certainly use again. All stains and marks removed. Carpets not too wet and hence sufficiently dry by early evening to move back essential furniture. Left most moving back until the following day to allow carpets to dry fully.

I'm really pleased I chose this independently run company to clean our carpets. Response to my enquiry was quick and I'm really pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning. He was able to get lots of big marks out of the carpet as well as freshen the whole carpet up and even did the carpet edges too. Absolutely excellent service. Dariuz was quite remarkably thorough, dealing with difficult stains and hand cleaning edge of carpet next to skirting board. I would most highly recommend him.

Overall I would definitely recommend his company to other friends and colleagues, which I have already done. My carpets even though are very old have come up like new, he cleaned up everything and was very conscientious throughout his time in my house. He was polite, professional, very competitively priced, knowledgeable, experienced and trained.
