We had a brilliant same day response from Mr Fishwick to a problem with our heating system. Although he had not been here before he identified the problem in a very professional way and replaced a faulty part immediately with a spare carried in his van. Superb service very helpful and pleasant. Very highly recommended.

When Justin was called out to my elderly mother’s house it soon became apparent that her immersion heater was well beyond repair. He gave a very reasonable quote for its replacement and, despite having subsequent jobs to attend, spent the best part of the day completing the task and getting her system up and running again. We were really struck by his professional and trouble-taking approach, and the final bill was less than we expected. We struck lucky - a really excellent heating engineer who we would wholeheartedly recommend. 10/10. Thank you, Justin!

We live in a 2-up-2-down Victorian cottage where space is limited. When our balanced flue water heater failed, we were told by half a dozen engineers that nothing similar existed and that the options were a combi boiler, but we have no central heating, or an immersion heater. Justin found a fan flue water heater and fitted it perfectly without any fuss. He is knowledgeable, quiet, and easy to talk to. His skills range from plumbing to carpentry, plastering, brickwork, and all performed where access was difficult. Every evening he cleaned up perfectly having worked solidly from 10.00 am. He fully deserves the accolades that he has been awarded. Words cannot express how excellent the service was.

Justin and Dan have just completed removing an fireplace boiler, hot, cold and heating water tanks and installing new condensing boiler, gas feed, water softener and heating magnetic filter all in 3 days, amazing! Worth every penny spent.
