Paul (I think he said that is his name, but I’m not certain) came to our rescue at very short notice. He diagnosed and fixed our washing machine very efficiently. He also made a useful adjustment to the balance of the machine and charged us a very reasonable amount. He has a very pleasant manner which cheered us both up! He likes his tea very strong with milk and one sugar.

Paul turned up when he said he would, quickly identified and fixed the problem with my washing machine and gave me some good advice to prevent a reoccurrence (probably doing himself out of a future call-out in the process!). And the price was fair. Highly recommended.

Paul was so helpful, the repair was quick and fixing our oven didn't cost the earth (always a worry). He even fitted in the repair around his other appointments so we didn't have to be without an oven. Plus, a lovely man who you feel comfortable having in your home. Thank you! 100% recommend.

We used Paul to fix our LG washing machine. Paul was brilliant. Gave plenty of options on coming round and was quick to asses the problem and identify a genuine additional underlying issue. He was straight and accurate on ordering parts, quoting and turning up as promised. And he did a brilliant job for us. I highly recommend him. Some one to trust.

I called Reflex Services to repair my integrated dishwasher and Paul came out the next day. Unfortunately it wasn't possible to repair the unit, but Paul very kindly gave me some advice on the type of dishwasher I should choose as a replacement and which ones to avoid. He also gave me some advice on how to take off the integrated kitchen door and attach it to a new dishwasher!

Dishwasher broke down Easter Monday. Called Reflex and left a message. They phoned back 8.00am Tuesday morning, Paul arrived at 8.30 and had fixed the machine and gone by 9.00am. I was delighted with the service and the cost. This is the second time I have used this company and I can highly recommend them from my experience. I believe that Paul is competent and honest and would not charge for unnecessary work.

He arrived the same morning and fixed my washing machine which was filled with a load of clothes and water, with the door jammed. Very efficient and reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend. Excellent service, the most friendliest service I have had from an oven/dishwasher/washing machine repair company. Paul responded within 10 mins by phone and fitted us in to repair my oven in between jobs on the same day - life saver! as I had a dinner party the next day! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I called Reflex to fix my oven. They were able to send out someone to me within 24 hours, which I was impressed about. Paul, the engineer, arrived promptly on time and was very quickly able to diagnose the problem. He had the parts available and was able to fix my oven. He was professional and friendly and a very tidy clean worker. He also was very helpful with a problem with my washing machine and gave great advice. Overall an excellent service. I would certainly recommend this company.

Our Siemens dishwasher broke down during the festive period, which was far from ideal. Paul at Reflex offered us a "next day" slot on New Year's Eve and, after arriving punctually, set about fixing the problem at a very fair cost. This included going beyond the call of duty to wrestle our fitted dishwasher out of its tightly fitting space in order to fix the problematic part. It may have been tempting to some people not to bother, but he was up for the challenge, which we greatly appreciated. Great advice from Paul also on how to avoid future problems.. all in all, superb service - thank you.
