I phoned Nigel to ask if he could unblock an external drain which was overflowing with water. Nigel arrived within 90 minutes. He quickly surveyed the issue and promptly cleared the blockage. The surrounding area was also cleaned and disinfected. Nigel is a courteous man who presents a very positive can-do attitude to his work. I'm very satisfied with Nigel's work and would 100% recommend him to others.

Nigel was literally God-send today. My kitchen drain was completely blocked and I was very stressed as I have caring responsibilites. Nigel was very kind and courteous with a cheerful demeanour. He quickly diagnosed the issue and I could instantly tell he is very knowledgeable and experienced in this field. He not only efquickly and efficiently unblocked the drain but sorted the root of the issue, which was a blockage downhill in the manhole. He kept me updated on what he was doing and left the place clean and tidy. He also gave me handy tips on how to prevent blockages in the future. Nigel came from Drain Man within a couple of hours of my call, sorted the problem (upstairs toilets, taps/showers etc causing the downstairs toilet to block and overflow), he cleared up what supposedly Dyno-rod 'sorted' 4 months previously.....very honest man, good price and could not fault his professionalism/work to the job we urgently needed sorting. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using again Nigel and his services, and only wish I had looked him up instead of using Dyno Rod in the 1st place!! Don't make my mistake forget the big boys 'Drain Man' are all you need.

I couldn't recommend Nigel from DMP more highly - he was both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and in person when he came out to investigate a hidden leak from our mains supply. He quickly found the source of the leak and mended it, while also taking the time to explain the problem. His manner was friendly and cheerful, and he obviously has a wealth of experience to draw on. What a find!

I'm very happy to recommend Nigel of Drain Man Plumbing. He came within a couple of hours of my phone call for a blocked sewerage drain causing unpleasant back ups. He worked very hard over three days to get the situation sorted. He wasn't going to be beaten! Nigel Coultrip at Drain Man Plumbing installed a new aquacell soakaway at my property earlier this week.  Nigel was excellent to deal with.  It was evident from when Nigel first came to do the estimate, that he clearly had specialist knowledge in all drainage and plumbing matters.  I inspected all of Nigel's work, and he did a fantastic job.  All the work was done to a high standard, and the site was put back to its original status.  I would fully recommend DMP.
