I called M.R. Drains Ltd when two of my outside drains were blocked and urgent action was required. This family-run company dealt with the matter promptly and efficiently, replacing blocked pipe work and a soak-away, all to my complete satisfaction. Staff were friendly and helpful and details of the work in progress were discussed with me. On completion the site was left in a clean and tidy condition. I can recommend M.R. MR Drains provided an exceptional service when it came to relining a long foul drainage run. The installation of an additional gully pot presented no problem and they worked tirelessly even though the elements were not ideal. I would have no hesitation recommending Matt for any drain services, and his amenable ‘can do’ attitude put me at ease throughout the whole works.

I sent an email one night at 10 pm asking for a non-emergency, but urgent call back the following morning. I got a phone call 10 minutes later! The gentleman was patient - listening to the requirement to have drains inspected before a bank would consider my mortgage. He was informative and reassuring and said he would be in the property within 24 hours - which he was. He explained the pricing clearly and advised he would call if he needed to undertake work. As it turned out, he did need to do that, but called as agreed and gave me the price over the phone. The work was done and the report was with me (and the bank) within 48 hours! Amazingly, professional, timely, courteous people to deal with - I would have no hesitation in recommending this service. Thank you very much.
