I would have no problem with Recommending Harris-Honrado Paulo. After a phone call explaining my emergency he said he would be with me as soon as he can. He was sure to his word. He did a thorough investigation and found the problem, while here he serviced our boiler and explained that the system needed a thorough cleaning to the central heating system as the Magna Clean unit was full of dirt. We are now working with him to arrange a date.

Paulo is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and a very friendly person. He was patient and made thorough investigations for the regular water pressure drop our boiler was having and did all the groundwork for escalating it to Valliant for the warranty claim. Highly recommend him!

Paolo established central heating issue quickly and competently explained what was required to fix it. He completed the repair professionally and was courteous and informative throughout. Very reasonably priced. He also responded quickly to my initial call.

Suprima boiler service with Megaflow hot water system; Worcester Combi boiler (two different properties)… Service and repairs to both involving corroded valve replacement, blocked condensate trap, radiator bleeding and servicing etc. as well as general household plumbing related tasks, eg. toilet syphon replacement.
Clear and competent explanations of the work involved, professional/thorough execution, courteous and appreciated after-repair follow-up and reasonable fees for the time incurred.
