Mark is a very skilled craftsman who can turn his hand to many different jobs. He recently did work for us on our very old cottage (200 years old). We discovered a damp patch which Mark investigated and quickly identified the cause of the problem and rectified it. This involved not only taking the wall back to brick sealing it and replastering but involved going onto the roof and replacing broken tiles. Mark has much experience in many different skills which are much appreciated when a job turns out to be more complex than initially believed to be. We strongly recommend Mark without reservation.

Mark Sheppard did a great and very thorough redecoration of the first and second floor of my cottage and the landing and stairwell. I am extremely pleased with the result.

Mark has recently completed some plastering and decorating work for me. No job too small for Mark! He plastered a small area of wall after having a leak from the central heating system. Work was completed to a very high and professional standard, Mark was also very clean and tidy.

Mark has just finished replastering two bedrooms for us. It is an old house and some of the brickwork was in bad condition. Mark put wire meshing where necessary and did a really excellent job. He is very pleasant to deal with, he is considerate and tidy and his pricing is very fair. I strongly recommend him.

Mark was very pleasant, honest and hardworking. He quoted me for the job before he started plastering and kept to his quote. He cleaned up well on completion and I would certainly use him again, both for plastering and decorating work.

Mark Sheppard recently completed plastering and dry lining/plasterboard work for two walls in our home. One of the walls/roof had a serious dampness/leak issue which Mark was able to offer advice on and help resolve. We were very pleased with the finish and would not hesitate to recommend Mark. Mark Shepherd started working on my house 2 years ago and plastered the whole house as part of a refurbishment. Since then I have had a further extension built and Mark built this from plans. It including steel works, block work, rendering and a complete roof with 3 Velux windows, he is currently completing the project with plastering and painting. I have found Mark to be excellent in both workmanship and how he managed the overall project. Some elements were difficult and working with the planning office and Building Inspector we have successfully completed the extension. What I liked about working with Mark, we had no surprises, everything was agreed and if it needed discussing he would bring it to our attention. I highly recommend Mark and will continue to use him on my building projects.
