I had a leak on the outlet from my water softener and on the bypass valve which I tried to fix but failed. I rang Kings Plumbing and Russell said he could come in the afternoon. However, on the way to his next job he stopped off to see the problem for himself. He promised to be back in the afternoon and true to his word he turned up and within a short space of time the leaks had been fixed. The system started to refill the tanks and the cold water flowing through the pipes resulted in a lot of condensation which made confirmation of the repair a little difficult. Russell then left but said he would be back to check that all was well. He returned a little later and was happy that everything was OK but to be absolutely sure he said he would be back in the morning for a final check which he did and all was well. I am more than happy to recommend Russell and I will be calling upon his services should the need arise in the future.

Russell's work was outstanding, in the last few weeks he has overseen complete renovation of an ensuite bathroom, from initial consultation through to removal of existing pipework, full installation of shower, toilet and sink, new pipework, tiling, plastering, electrics and painting Russell's work is of the highest quality, he is incredibly thorough and an excellent communicator of timescales and process. Would have no hesitation in recommending Russell to anyone and would very much employ him again for future work.

Kings Plumbing and Heating installed a complete replacement central heating system for us, removing a very old boiler, but also changing all the radiators and old pipework. Russell and Mike provided us with good advice regarding the best solution and then carried out the work. All the work was carried out professionally, efficiently and with the minimum disruption. Communication was exemplary at all times. Mike and Russell always tidied up well at the end of each day and have great pride in the work they carry out. Kings Plumbing are currently fitting a replacement kitchen for us.

We have used Kings for four separate jobs now over two years, namely an upstairs bathroom refit, to install a new boiler, to fix a hidden leaking down pipe and to fit new kitchen work surfaces for us. We have come to trust and rely on them and we are happy to recommend them. Russell does most of the work, but his dad Mike may join initial discussions to help ensure the project brief is absolutely clear and that they are confident there will be a good working relationship. Russell is a pleasure to have around, being a neat worker, friendly and professional. They were quick to return and fix minor snagging issues without any quibble. We will use them again in future.
