Superb service from both the office staff and Joe the plumber. Discovered we had a leak and rang at 7pm. The lovely lady on the phone offered us the option of an immediate response that evening or first thing the next morning. She even called me back to let me know what time our visit would be after I mentioned needing to do the school run. Joe arrived on time and was both friendly and professional in his manner. He located the burst pipe which was in an awkward position in loft space and quickly and efficiently replaced the section of pipe that had failed. Very impressed with the service offered. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent company to employ. They kept me informed of when they were going to arrive on the day, and were punctual. Joe was great. Found the leak in the pipe above my kitchen quickly, and fixed it easily. Would definitely recommend.
