Harry and his team repointed the front of our Edwardian terrace, and did some patching up on the back and mended/replaced gutters. They did a fantastic job and the house looks beautiful now! Harry was knowledgeable & professional, working with the appropriate lime mortar (unlike some other tradesmen who were going to use cement in the mix). There was excellent communication at all times. The team worked quietly and happily and they cleaned up well each day. Everyone, like Harry, was polite and friendly (including the scaffolders he used). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Procleanplus Grind and Point. I’d give them 5 stars plus! From a very happy customer.

Harry and his team did a fantastic job or repointing our chimney whilst there we also discovered an issue with our ridge tiles of which the team re did. They also helped us out when our roofer didn't do a good job of fitting our solar panel rails. They fit us in as fixing the tiles was an emergency with the weather. Excellent job done on time, the team tidied up and made sure everything was back to a good state.

To grind out all around house heli stitch a crack and re-point the entire property. Harry and his team have done an excellent job. All work was completed three days earlier than expected. The team were polite and cleaned up every day before they left. I can’t recommend their services highly enough. Harry and his team were very polite and very well mannered and did an excellent job to schedule and quote apart from an extra job which was done without quibble and at a very reasonable price One part of the job was harder than expected but still done without complaint or additional cost Harry also and gave me some good advice regarding a chimney cover for a disused flue he cleaned my front steps for free!!!( there are 30 of them!

Harry did a fantastic job on our large patio. It's 14 years' old but now looks as good as new (perhaps even better!). Harry was very polite and helpful - even doing some preparatory work when he came to do the estimate! The job was to clean my block-paved drive and patio, relay some uneven bricks on the patio and install a new gully drain across the driveway. Did an excellent job, even cleaning some patio furniture as a bonus! I have asked him to quote for some additional work.

Harry and his team made a good impression from the start. They arrived on time and treated our property and us with respect and were always willing to answer our questions and offer advice. While around the house Harry and his team conducted themselves with professionalism and always cleaned after themselves. My wife and I employed Procleanplus Grind and Point to carry out some re-pointing of a brick wall and to build us a brick cavity wall. My wife and I were particularly impressed with the finish of the brick wall they built. It resembles the brick you might see in a cafeteria in the East end of London. Exactly what we wanted.

Procleanplus have just completed repointing, cleaning, rendering and sealing the rear of my property as well as grinding out the old cement on my patios and paths, cleaning, repointing and sealing them. Harry and his team work to a very high standard and I can highly recommend them, so much so that I have asked him to do the front of my property as well. I have been let down before by workmen and it makes a nice change to find a company like Procleanplus Grind and Point.

During 2016 (cowboy) builders relaid my patio and left it ruined with concrete all over the new slabs they had laid and scarpered without the acid clean they had said they would do; early in 2017 I discovered ProcleanPlus Grind and Point who have ground out the poor quality and soft 2016 pointing, acid cleaned, re-pointed to include a material that expands with heat and protects the pointing from frost damage and then sealed the patio; sleepers forming a raised bed were also treated; the patio has been transformed from the sad near derelict looking state the cowboys left it in and now looks excellent.
ProcleanPlus also dealt with moss on both my house and garage roofs, safely removing it and treating the roofs with moss inhibitor. Finally, ivy was also safely removed from a garage wall and guttering repaired. ProcleanPlus are a versatile, quality business. They were a pleasure to have at my property and I would not hesitate to both recommend them and use them again in the future.

Harry and his team were excellent, They clean/sealed my roof repointed ridge tiles and apex and replaced all broken tiles.Cut out bargeboard ends where rotten, replaced all my guttering, fitted eve protectors and painted with two coats. What a fantastic job they did! They cleaned the roof so good that I had to have the extension roof done also! They were very courteous, clean, tidy and reliable.Very hard-working men who went above and beyond to make me happy. I was very impressed with the high standards throughout. I would not use this business again! They did not make it clear in their quotation that they were doing a cover-up job. Basically they painted over rotten wood despite saying that they would make good by replacing / cutting in any wood that needed replacing or using filler as needed. Two independent builders have looked at the dormer window and confirmed that the woodwork was completely rotten. Procleanplus would have seen this and should have advised accordingly. As a consequence of this we have had damage to our garage roof through water leakage.
Reply: The lady was informed at the time that the dormer was rotten however she stated that she could not afford to take the wood off and replace with new timber and asked if I could fill where needed and paint. The job was done to what the customer wanted and not to what was recommended. HB 04 16
