Dan has been looking after our mature apple trees since 2020. Each year he assesses what is required at that time and prunes accordingly. Our grass is sodden with all the rain, but he took care not to trample on the lawn. He also did a great job of avoiding all the early sprouting of bulbs in the bed. We will only ever use his services.

Dan and his colleague removed some conifers for us. The price seemed fair, and Dan was friendly and professional, leaving us some neatly sawn wood for the fire. They did an excellent job and I would definitely use All Season Tree Surgery again.

We found Dan in the little green book when we were looking for a tree surgeon to reshape our somewhat large overgrown Eucalyptus tree in a sympathetic fashion amongst other smaller associated tasks around the garden.
After we agreed to his quote which was itemised, both he and his partner arrived promptly on the day and immediately set to work. We first used Dan to deal with an old diseased apple tree, which was removed very effectively without damage to any of the plants surrounding it or the remaining garden. All debris thoroughly removed. We have just used Dan again to prune a hazel, a fir and a holly, all done very neatly without looking hacked, at a reasonable price. Dan and team turn up at the appointed hour and charge accordingly to their quote. If something doesn’t need attention they let you know. Most refreshing.

Dan provided a very competitive quote to cut down a couple of trees and remove existing stumps. A colleague of his did the stump removal with excellent machinery and both left a tidy site, removing all branches and stumps. Polite and efficient at all times, from the initial contact to the end. Dan and his partner did a great job on cutting back my Laylandi which had become completely overgrown after 25 years. Excellent and in keeping with the finished result we wanted, which was a sympathetic trimming back and lifting of branches which overhung the pavement and road. The trees now easily meet the requirements, yet still look natural and healthy, as though nothing's been done.

Dan was a pleasure to deal with, he attended site quickly to discuss requirements and scope of works and price for the job was agreed within a couple of days. Dan has been excellent at keeping me informed throughout the progress of the work and any delays. The job entailed the removal of 2 mature trees, lifting a crown of another tree are removing limbs from an overhanging neighbours tree. In addition the scope of works changed slightly and this was handled professionally. The quality of Dan's work is extremely professional, the end result is exactly want I wanted. We hired Dan a few years ago to remove an overdeveloped conifer from our back garden and were pleased with the results. I like to support local, independent tradespeople so contacted Dan. Dan gave me good advice on all the proposed works - professional and knowledgeable as opposed to the hard sell. Dan quickly replied to my email about pruning 3 fruit trees and came to give a quote promptly. The quote was emailed within the day and he completed the work as requested and was very clear and easy to deal with. A return trip from Dan to give 7 established Apple trees a further trim and thin out and reduce and thin out a very prickly hawthorn.
