Having seen the work Jonathan did in my mums en-suite we had no hesitation in getting him to do ours. Jonathan fully refitted our shower en-suite. He came to quote and had some fantastic ideas on how to improve the use of the space. Jonathan coordinated the electrician who was fitting a new extractor fan and light and the flooring chap who laid a new floor. Jonathan is meticulous in his work, he was always punctual, extremely tidy and his work is of the very highest level. We cannot recommend Jonathan enough!

We were recommended Jonathan by a friend to completely refurbish our en suite shower room. I can't recommend him highly enough. He is very professional and thorough, explaining everything clearly and ensuring that the job was completed exactly as we wanted it. His attention to detail is next to none. Everything he does is to the highest standard. He is punctual, clean and tidy, and can't do enough for you. We were over the moon with our new en suite because he did a fantastic job and I have already booked him for more work. I would not use anyone else now, he is a true professional.

Jonathan replaced 3 sinks and taps, installed a new vanity unit in our cloakroom, tiled our en-suite and replaced our shower tray and door, tiled our main bathroom floor, installed towel radiators and a new filter tap in our kitchen. His quote was the most comprehensive, so no unexpected costs. His workmanship is of a very high standard - he clearly takes great pride in his work. He gives sound advice, is punctual and leaves everything very clean and tidy each day. I would highly recommend.

He has a great eye for detail and everything was done to a really high standard He is extremely clean and tidy so much so that things ended up cleaner than when he started ! What a find! Jonathan converted our bathroom into a shower room and made an excellent job of it - all down to the last detail. He is completely reliable and is the best communicator - always let us know when he was coming and what he would be doing when. Not at all fazed by changes of plan, just simply gets on with the job. Mark and his team completely renovated our bathroom. The workmanship is excellent and they worked really hard to finish the project on schedule, cleaning and tidying up at the end of each day. Mark is knowledgeable and experienced, and he gave us fair advice on every issue, big or small, and the end result is perfect. In addition, Mark and his team are friendly and polite, it was a pleasure to have them in the house at all times.

I had a mixed experience. Jonathan himself was incredibly tidy and did a good job. However I was surprised to find that he was not project managing the refurbishment we had discussed, which included some carpentry work and new flooring. The carpenter he recommended quoted much more than Jonathan had estimated originally so I had to find someone else. The person he recommended to lay the floor did it so badly that I need to remove the vinyl and start again. While I can recommend Jonathan's actual work the total project didn't work out in an ideal way. So if you are wanting a bathroom renovation I would also recommend being very clear from the outset as to what Jonathan takes responsibility for and what work you'll need to find people to complete and project manage separately.

JDF Plumbing & Heating  – Response:

• I advised the customer I do not project manage things - I do plumbing, tiling and a bit of carpentry if a customer wants another trade I can recommend people.
• The customer was after a hand-made cupboard with big mirrors as doors so I advised I have a friend who is a proper carpenter that could come and quote for her – but the customer advised the quote was too much.
• The vinyl flooring (which was chosen by the customer) – was fitted by Jason who I recommended.
• The customer rang to say she was not happy with the flooring. 
• Jason did make contact twice – the second time he turned up on the off chance but it was inconvenient for the customer. 
• It’s a shame this couldn’t have been resolved but I do appreciate the customers positive comments in her review.

John has recently supplied and fitted a walk in shower in our bathroom and we are really pleased with the results. A top professional job done despite him finding problems along the way. Throughout John kept us informed of progress and finished on target. He cleared up as he went and followed best practice re COVID restrictions along the way. We will definitely use his services again and have no hesitation in recommending him to others especially in North Reading as he is a local resident.

Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with. From quoting through to finishing, processes were explained clearly and he offered up different solutions to parts of the job along the way. Possibly the cleanest professional I've ever had doing work and the end product is outstanding. Very highly recommended.

Superb work from Jonathan. He did a full refit of the bathroom in our period home that had to be taken all the way down to bare bricks. He arranged everything and what makes him really stand out is that he treated our home with respect. He was always tidy and cleaned up at the end of each day. The work has been done considerately, to a very high standard and with an excellent eye for detail. We would highly recommend him and will be having him back very soon to do our ensuite bathroom.

Jonathan completed two jobs for us, a complete re-fit of a downstairs toilet and sink, and re-tiling our kitchen and utility room. Both jobs were completed to an exceptionally high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend Jonathan and indeed have more work performed by him. In particular, his tiling skills are very good and he clears up after his work every day and keeps you well informed about progress on the job. Overall, very pleased, thank you.

Jonathan Fidler completely re-fitted our bathroom and shower room and also fully tiled both rooms. 
We were extremely pleased with his work. If he encountered a problem he solved it and his work was finished to a very high standard. He was always on time and worked almost non-stop all day. We have used him since for smaller jobs and have no hesitation in recommending him, we consider our-selves lucky to have found him!
