Lee and his team completed a refurbishment of our kitchen and the back of our house last summer. He arranged all the trades and project managed the whole job. Lee was always on time, hard working and upfront about any issues that needed to be thought about. We have an old house and so we had several complications through the project which Lee was proactive in finding solutions for. The work was completed quickly and to time, when in his control! Would recommend.

Lee and his team, came to repoint my brickwork at the rear of my house. Ruined by my house fire. They ground out all existing cement. They then repointed every brick at the back of my house. Then repointed the chimney and placed a cowl on the top. Absolute perfection - I am truly delighted after 3 years of seeing such a nasty reminder. I would recommend this incredible team any day. Their work ethic, their individual perfection and their lovely personalities. Well done Lee and the team.

We are over the moon with the work Lee and his team have carried out, this is the 3rd time we have enlisted their expertise to transform our lovely 200 year old home. They built the base for our oak framed garage, built a dividing wall to separate our front garden from the back, repointed the front fascia of the house and most recently built a bespoke feature around a small brook that runs through our front garden. Their work is impeccable and the team are always a pleasure to have on site, I can’t recommend them highly enough and we will be calling on their services again for next years project, all that is left to say is that we love this bunch of Gooners.

We have used Lee twice now for works on our property, the first was to knock down an internal wall , and more recently to extend our Indian sandstone patio, repair some brick walls and built a small retaining wall. Both jobs have been done with care and attention to detail, the site is always left clean and tidy and seems to be too much trouble, I would have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely use him again when I need more works.

I recently instructed Lee Anderson of Anderson Construction to build a two storey side extension to my house. From start to finish the quality of workmanship was excellent as was the communication whilst the project was ongoing. He kept me informed of any issues on the design straight away with various options and between the two of us came up with good solutions. The site was left clean and tidy each evening and especially at the end of the project. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lee and will be using him for some further construction work in the near future.

Lee and his team undertook a short but important project to improve drainage in an area around my house which was prone to flooding in the rare event of torrential rain occurring in a very short space of time. Of the businesses I sought advice from, one postponed the initial appointment twice, another visited and said they could help but I never heard from them again, while a third provided an acceptable quote but, after a second visit, decided the job was beyond their competence. However, Lee came out to discuss the project exactly when he said he would, considered the various options for solving the problem while he was on site and sent a quote the following day. The work was then completed satisfactorily and without fuss well within the timeframe Lee provided. It is clear the team have the experience necessary to deliver solutions to a wide range of construction issues. I can attest that they are helpful and friendly too, and would have no hesitation using Anderson Construction again in the future.

We had two external front doors fitted which involved brickwork, carpentry and plastering trades. The work was carried out efficiently to a high standard by Lee Anderson and his team. Competitively priced and all carried out for the quoted amount. Very pleased with the finished results and would certainly use Lee and his team again.

I would highly recommend Lee and his team, whom we engaged to build a large single storey side/rear extension on our period property consisting new kitchen, utility room and cloakroom. Lee helped project manage the build, engaged/managed the sub-contractors and completed the work within the agreed timeframe and budget. We are very happy with the end result.

Lee and his team at Anderson Construction were a pleasure to work with for our complex internal wall removal project. They were in and out exactly when they said they would be, and were absolutely great at problem-solving and forging ahead when issues arose in our ceiling and foundations. It was clear they have decades of experience behind them and good relationships with all the trades and suppliers. We are hoping to work with them again on an extension.

I highly recommend Lee and his team. We needed new retaining walls and a step put in our garden, Lee listened to what we wanted and gave helpful advice as to how we could achieve a good outcome. The team arrived when they said they would every day and explained what was going to be done each day. We are very pleased with the work done. They even put up with my bad tea making.

Lee, his son Ben and the rest of his team did a fantastic job of the groundworks and blockwork for our two-storey extension over the summer. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we decided to take out a load bearing wall at the last minute; they work really hard. Managing the job ourselves, Lee always had lots of friendly advice and he can lay a mean patio too. Be ready with the tea and coffee!

Lee and his team has just laid a beautiful patio for me with Indian sandstone. They are a very hardworking team that managed to rip up my old patio and lay a new patio in less than 3 days. Nothing is too much trouble. Even took time out to meet me at the builders yard to ensure I was happy with my choice of stone. Neat and tidy and charged exactly according to my quote. Lee has previously done some brickwork on my garage to the same high standard so I am more than happy to recommend his team. They did keep me busy supplying tea and choc biscuits but this was well deserved.

Lee and his team of 2, Gary and Brian got us off to a remarkable start. We were amazed at not only the speed but Lee's constant attention to detail - re measuring and constantly checking that all the brickwork was laid accurately. He gave us lots of advice which for us having never embarked on such a big project was invaluable. He instilled confidence that everything was done correctly and with minimum fuss.
