As a first time wood burning stove owner I called Acme for a Chimney sweep. They arrived on time. Del did an absolutely fantastic job he was so friendly and helpful. There was a lot of soot and the place was left spotless. He showed me how to use everything and told me all the information needed to start a fire and maintain it. He even left it all ready setup with kindling and fire lighters. I cannot rate the service I received any higher I will definitely be using them on an annual basis.

Excellent service. Arrived bang on time, made sure all of the carpets were covered and protected, cleaned the chimney and tidied up. This is the second time Derek has cleaned our chimney and we are really happy with the service. Always cheerful and polite, a job well done.

Quick response time to help with a pigeon trapped in my chimney. Completed the job very quickly and professionally. Tidied up all the mess the bird had made. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service, Del went above and beyond to resolve my problem by installing a bird guard and also removing a pigeon from our flue, cleaned all the debris from sweeping, so polite and professional, would definitely recommend.
