Connor was exceptionally professional, courteous and competent. He quickly worked out what the problem was and worked very efficiently to resolve the blockage. He explained what he had discovered, gave us advice on minimising the issue in the future and laid out our options very clearly. After he had finished, you would not have known anyone had been there - it was all left tidy and clean. We will definitely be calling Drain & Able if we have need to drain services in the future.

When I phoned, they explained that they were very busy and would not be able to attend for at least a week - I appreciated their honesty as it set my expectations correctly. A date was set and on the day they phoned to say that they were on their way. They were friendly and cheerful and efficiently set about clearing the drain. The job was completed in reasonable time and they cleared up after themselves and left the place clean and tidy. I could not fault them or their work.

Ended up being a relatively small job but to me, with a houseful this weekend, was very important to rectify. Connor and Kevin couldn’t have been kinder, explaining everything as they went along, solving the problem and giving advice. I'd always choose a local small business over a big company, if costs are similar. In fact, Drain and Able's price was half the amount quoted by a much larger firm. They were helpful and accommodating. Work was carried out exactly when scheduled and everything was left tidy. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant Service from this company. They were out within a few hours to clear my blocked drain. Everyone from the Lady I called in the office, to the guy that came out was very friendly, polite and professional. I was also surprised as to how clean he and his equipment was! He cleaned up completely before he left and even gave me some advice on keeping things clear in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend this company again in the future.

Drain & Able, not only a fantastic inventive name but 100% honesty and customer service which is seldom received these days. I contacted three companies for a quote on a blocked drain, Drain and Able being the third one and they were the only company who explained that as my drain was shared with my neighbours it was not my responsibility but my local water authority to come out and clear. The lady in the office was so honest and helpful and I wish them continued success which they so deserve. Brilliant.
