This is the second time I have used Kingfisher for the refurbishment of a bathroom, the first time was 10 years ago and this room still looks great. Mark spends time to fully understand what you are looking to achieve and makes suggestions that make best use of the space. He will also help with choices of items such as showers, pumps etc as there is a wide range of options. There is no pressure and all aspects of the project managed including, plumbing, plastering, electrical, flooring and tiling. The team were courteous and left the house clean and tidy after every day after finishing work.

I contacted Simon after another company quoted on work to fix our back fence line. Simon quickly responded to me asking questions about the condition of the fence and if I could provide images of the current state of. Simon gave some suggestions of work that might resolve the issue and arranged a time to come and physically assess the damage before quoting for the job. Simon was fair and professional and advised a couple of options to remedy the situation at a fraction of the price of the other companies quote. We accepted the quote and the job was completed within a fortnight later around Simons schedule. I would recommend Kingfisher fencing and we will be keeping them in mind ourselves for future jobs.

We were very pleased with the advice and workmanship. Mark and his team were very efficient, pleasant and happy to make sure everything was as we wanted. We now have a modernised bathroom which feels twice the size. We were also very impressed by the way they were teaching the youngest member of the team to learn and acquire the necessary skills. Simon and his colleague Paul have replaced fencing panels in our garden today, and done so to our complete satisfaction. Simon came out on time to discuss what was required to replace a wooden security gate that needed to be replaced asap (I'm an engineer and an experienced DIYER) with me at the premises so that he could provide me with a quote. Quote was received that evening and was reasonable for the work involved. Both guys turned up early today (8.30am) and had finished the job to a high standard by 10am. All round a very good job on time to price and I highly recommend them.

Punctual. Courteous. Because of the slope of the land, a tree stump in a neighbour's garden and the foul weather the work wasn't eas,y but the two-man team dealt with all the difficulties and did an excellent job.
