I had some unwanted items of furniture that needed removal. I emailed AYR Clerance with some photographs from which they were able to provide a quotation, and a couple of days later the furniture was gone without a fuss, and the reassurance that the items will be disposed of correctly.

Paul did a brilliant job of clearing my garden in preparation for selling my house. Hard working and professional, he made sure to check what I wanted, took all the waste away and left the garden looking great and ready for viewings. I had considered clearing the garden myself but it was a job I never got round to and it was worth every penny to take the hassle away from me.

I am so thankful for the LGB and their trades that list here. James at All Year Round Clearance was the perfect man for the job. We had a three seater reclining sofa (electrical) that needed disposing of. I contacted James and later that afternoon he confirmed he could attend on our preferred date and time to remove it. He confirmed the cost up front and explained the reason for the charge and also confirmed that once collected he would then take the item to Mould for destruction under the compliance rules and regulations for that specific item. I felt so reassured that we would receive a copy of the disposal confirmation. It was even more reassuring that James didn’t want a deposit and or cash up front. It was a simple online invoice that you could pay once the job had been completed. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending James and All Year Round Clearance to anyone else. He gets 5 stars from me. We had James and his brother come and do a full house clearance, including ripping up carpets and underlay. The communication and service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend them for any job you might have. The communication from James was first class and quick, they were very friendly and could not be more helpful. Even when a couple of items were missed (by me) they went out of their way to nip back and collect for me. Overall you could not ask for a better service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would absolutely use them again.

This morning All Year Round clearance came and removed a a large collection of unwanted items including 2 wardrobes, glass doors, wooden ceiling, old carpets, old electrical goods and much more. James, was his usual sunny self while also being very efficient and very importantly, clean and tidy about how he left the cleared spaces. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. They do what their name says, they are all year round and they really do clear. They are very pleasant to deal with and it is so much better than having a skip. Their charges are also reasonable.

We had the team from All Year Round to clear our loft out following a visit by some four legged friends. They responded quickly to me getting in touch and, despite it being 32C outside, worked and completed the job and left the house and loft clean despite having moved lots of fiberglass insulation. I looked at hiring a skip and doing the work myself and having All Year Round also worked out cheaper. I would highly recommend them for any clearance work you would need doing.

James & 2 colleagues cleared 3 truck loads of brick rubble from a garden for us. With it being a terrace, they had to carry it all through the house. They were very pleasant, courteous and professional. They cleared the site and even vacuumed where they had walked through the house. We needed a pile logs and tree stumps removed. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, James and Paul were punctual, polite and very efficient. They rang to confirm time of arrival and again to apologise for being delayed. Having removed all the timber, they left the site tidy and checked that I was happy with their work. I used the services of All Year Round clearance and can only say that James and his brother Paul are the most polite and helpful young men I have had the pleasure to meet and to use their service. I had quite a lot of rubbish to clear and also needed to move furniture in three rooms. They did the work within the time they quoted and were quick and cheerful all the time. Nothing was damaged and no paintwork was scratched or chipped. I will certainly call them again should I need work done in the future.

AYR were professional, efficient and courteous. James and Paul cleared a flat in a sheltered housing block in Reading during March 2016. What made them outstanding in my opinion apart from doing a good job, was: 1. They were very patient and courteous with the management and some of the older generation residents in the block, who were either curious and chatty, or wanted a few bits and pieces. 2. James asked my permission first, before allowing any pieces to be donated and then he and Paul carried the items into the persons flat on different floors. 3. Because the load was less after doing that, James reduced the price as there was less weight at the tip. Very honest and unexpected. 4. By fitting the job in urgently (and still at a fair price) they saved the family I represented a week's rent. 5. They were careful in the communal areas and they cleaned up properly afterwards. They were good value and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.
