I discovered a fault with my gas boiler and didn't have any hot water. I called the above company located in Reading Berkshire. I was very impressed with the person that answered the phone. He was very polite professional and put me at ease straight away. He said he would be with me within a couple of hours he arrived. I briefly described the problem to him again and within five minutes he returned with some tools. He dismantled the boiler and showed me the problem. It was no trouble for him. He had it running within the hour. My wife and children couldn't be more grateful. The invoice was very reasonable a lot less than I expected. I cannot praise this young man's knowledge and professionalism. He checked the boiler for any further problems and issued me with a gas safe certificate. I wouldn't hesitate on calling this company or recommending them to family or friends or anyone else that needed a local reliable plumber. Thank you very much!
