I found Craig through The Directory and found that the reviews were very accurate. He was very thorough and resolved a problem with our hot water and boiler pressure that another engineer had not identified. He also fixed a shower i was having problems with and gave me some good advice about other aspects of work i need to to. I would highly recommend him.

Craig came to help promptly when I rang to ask for help with my boiler. I had had no hot water for a couple of days and the installer and company had kept me waiting for two days without a response. I was delighted to return home to find the boiler serviced and all the problems I had mentioned had been fixed.

Craig installed a new Bosch,Worcester boiler in my home in February 2021. I obtained his details from The Directory having had my boiler declared unsafe and disconnected by British Gas. As the weather was cold and I had little in the form of alternative heating Craig came to give me an estimate the same day after I had contacted him and explained my problem. Craig installed the boiler as soon as possible and even had the boiler sent down from London as there were not available in the local area. Craig was extremely efficient and explained exactly what he was doing and gave me a very competitive price. He was very reliable and I feel did a few extras like putting a thermostat on the hot water tank and a switch in the airing cupboard so I didn't have to go into the loft to turn the water off.
Therefore I would certainly recommend Craig to family and friends and certainly have his business continue to be in The Directory.

Installed our boiler very quickly with no issues at all. Great service and even came out to insulate the older pipes a week later that he didn’t install (old house/system) due to the extremely cold weather in the nights recently (-7). Great service, good knowledge and overall recommend.

I have used Craig’s services for more than 9 years and he has always provided a prompt, courteous, clean and no nonsense service. Craig is honest about the work that may need to be carried out, is able to triage his cases sensibly and fix problems that other service providers have struggled with. From boilers, to gas fires, to central heating, flues and hot water Craig makes sure that the area he is contracted to look at is fully operational. He recently installed a new radiator, serviced our boiler and Megaflo hot water system with the minimum of fuss and at a competitive price. Our heating system has never been more efficient and it’s doubtful that British Gas has carried out a full and proper service in the last eight years that we have been contracted to them. Craig will certainly be servicing our system from now on.
