Cam attended my mum's property to deal with a blocked drain. He was extremely helpful in explaining the issue and further work needed. He and his colleague worked in the bathroom and kept everything very clean. Cam and Des attended to dig down to the manhole cover in the garden. They cleared the issue and were really helpful in advising on next steps. All the people who came to the house and who I communicated with in the office were so professional and helpful. They arranged prompt appointments and were really mindful of the fact an older person lives in the house. Excellent service.

DCL replaced gully, blocked unused part of drain, flushed drains and put in new manhole cover. All done very well; good communication; and cheaper than other quotes I received. Ian seems to have done a great job - thanks!

DCL replaced cover for septic tank. Turned up on time and quote was as agreed. The work was done to a good standard given it was more complex than a straight replacement of cover. Very pleased with the work done.

Cameron and lan installed new drains pipes and redirected a soak away. They were punctual and professional and kind, very respectful of our property and the work carried out was brilliant and we are very pleased and cannot thank them enough. We will be contacting them again should we need any work doing in the future.

We observed presence of rats near garage. Quickly found that our rat problem was caused by broken drain - sorted and repaired super quick which cured the problem.

Called for clearing a drain blockage. Des came within an hour. Assessed the situation and organised additional resource. Blockage cleared same day. Des was efficient, polite and tidy. Would recommend.

Des was really helpful and thorough in investigating our problem with rats in the drains and the house walls. He was able to survey our complicated drains system, found and removed a dead rat, worked out how the rats were entering our house walls via the drains, installed a 'rat flap' and blocked off two unused drain lines to ensure no more rats could enter our house. Des was proactive, caring and determined to solve our very stressful problem. He was efficient and ensured everything was kept clean and hygienic throughout. He also followed up to check the issues had been solved.

Original blockaded drains cleared on Sunday 22nd January, but due to very cold weather the small repair work that needed to be dove to seal the cracked/broken drain and camera check of the drains down to the main sewer in the road, was completed on 27th April. Very thorough and efficient job with blockage caused by roots.

Replacing below ground elbow joints on rain water drainage system. Des turned up on time, was friendly, efficient and professionally carried out the job I needed done together with providing some advice and tips for future maintenance. Couldn't fault anything about the whole process from initial booking of the appointment to completion of the job.
