We had a badly sticking lock on a bifold door. Val came out promptly - it was unrepairable and we needed to order a new mechanism. Val came back and fitted the new lock. He provided an excellent service from start to finish, with great communication and I believe good value. I will happily use whenever we have lock issues and have already recommended him to friends. Great to find such a reliable and professional service.

Val gave an outstanding service when we needed several new locks replaced. He was punctual, efficient and very kind and patient. We asked him to go to the property and said there would be keys left in a box for him to gain access. He turned up and the keys weren't there. He was understanding and when we offered to pay the call out fee he refused to take our money. Would highly recommend.

I turned to the Little Green Book desperately. I telephoned Val Ballista and was immediately speaking to that gentleman, He said that he could visit me by one o`clock. This was just 2 hours time. Val arrived and examined the Front Door lock and removed the lock barrel. He continued to work and within a very short time had everything working properly. He was very pleasant to have in my home and I would recommend him to any other needy person. Yes. Keep him in your  Little Green Book.

I used Lock Resq as I had locked myself out of my summerhouse/studio and the only key was missing. Mr Batista came promptly and did an expert job with no damage to the door. He had a range of locks and keys with him and was able to find a modern version of my lock. I was able to pay by credit card and am very happy with the outcome.
