Called for clearing a drain blockage. Des came within an hour. Assessed the situation and organised additional resource. Blockage cleared same day. Des was efficient, polite and tidy. Would recommend.

Des was really helpful and thorough in investigating our problem with rats in the drains and the house walls. He was able to survey our complicated drains system, found and removed a dead rat, worked out how the rats were entering our house walls via the drains, installed a 'rat flap' and blocked off two unused drain lines to ensure no more rats could enter our house. Des was proactive, caring and determined to solve our very stressful problem. He was efficient and ensured everything was kept clean and hygienic throughout. He also followed up to check the issues had been solved.

Replacing below ground elbow joints on rain water drainage system. Des turned up on time, was friendly, efficient and professionally carried out the job I needed done together with providing some advice and tips for future maintenance. Couldn't fault anything about the whole process from initial booking of the appointment to completion of the job.

Original blockaded drains cleared on Sunday 22nd January, but due to very cold weather the small repair work that needed to be dove to seal the cracked/broken drain and camera check of the drains down to the main sewer in the road, was completed on 27th April. Very thorough and efficient job with blockage caused by roots.
