Tom Addis has carried out work for us on three different occasions over the last 5/6 years. I’ve been very impressed with his knowledge of trees, and his professionalism when undertaking his work. I have no doubts about his integrity.
Example: We have a delightful 300 year old oak tree, which he & his team pruned very carefully to preserve the health of the tree. He obviously takes his work very seriously.

I have dealt with Tom/Parish Tree Surgeons for the last five or six years using them for my annual tree and hedge cutting. This typically takes around 20 man-hours to complete. This year, however, it took 16 as fewer trees were involved. The price, over the years, has varied between eight and thirteen hundred pounds, depending on number of trees involved.
Tom and his people are professional and know what they are talking about. They are polite and friendly and go out of their way to make certain you are pleased with what they are doing. Tom’s attitude towards pricing the job is as relaxed, or formal, as you prefer. Either will suffice and produce the result you want at a price you will be happy with.
Parish Tree Surgeons are much in demand and can prove difficult to book up for the time you want. I thoroughly recommend them and suggest they would be well worth the wait.

On Monday 15th March, Parish Tree Surgeons arrived promptly as agreed at 8.30 am to carry out agreed work of cutting down a large Robinia Tree to the ground, cutting back a large apple tree and cutting down all overgrown shrubs in my garden and shredding and removing all debris.
Three men arrived and carried out the work in a very professional manner, they were courteous, respectful, friendly and polite. They worked continuously hard throughout the day and left the garden clean and tidy.
They were mindful of safety wearing hard hats and used a safety harness and safety ropes to steer the large branches and trunk carefully to the ground.
Their price for the job was fixed and it was a fair price compared to other quotes.
I would, without question, use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good tree surgeon company.
