We have used this family business for almost 20 years for refurbishment, general building work, laying a patio, painting, external and internal and all manner of general maintenance work. The owner, Andy is first class. His work is immaculate and creative. He never leaves a mess and at the end of each day the place is left neat and tidy. He works around my particular needs. We have left him while we were on holiday. He is a treasure. If he says he will do something, he does it. I am happy to be contacted for a verbal recommendation.

I am writing to tell you that the above gentleman has been working for me on many occasions for about 20 years. I am extremely pleased with his work and his knowledge of all matters connected with everything about house maintenance.
He completely redecorated the house where I now live and built an extension to the kitchen. The only things he cannot do is electrical and gas work.
I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Our project was to remove a wall between the kitchen and dining room to make one large space, refurbish the cloakroom, complete a front and rear single storey extension, finished with fully decorating the full ground floor and hall stairs and landing. We had a choice to make of either getting a large team of builders in to get it done quickly, (which we had done before on our previous extension) or opt for a smaller company. After meeting a few builders, we opted to go with Andy Bryan as we felt he understood what we needed and would look after our property and ensure the modifications we wanted to make would match our property and therefore ensure we retained the maximum possible resale value in the future. As Andy started to strip our kitchen ready for the new steels to go in, we witnessed first-hand the potential downside of getting the wrong and large building firm in that did our previous work. The quality of work behind the plasterboard was bordering on a safety hazard!! Andy showed us the faults and proceeded to correctly repair and remove the wall to open our kitchen and dining room to an amazing space. The quality of work Andy did that is hidden from sight was as though it’s going to always be on show, his attention to detail is excellent. We had a couple of other tradesman do some specialised work on our house and everyone who visited, including the inspectors made two points clear – the work is exceptional and “isn’t your builder tidy” Andy has been with us for nearly 15 months as we continued adding on additional jobs for him to do, as he can do almost all parts of the building trade. During that time we trusted him enough to have the full run of the house including a key, so he could come and go as required and we could get on with our lives. I am so happy with the high level of detail he has done every job for us and at no point has he lowered his very high standards. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Andy for any job and if you find he is booked up then take his next available slot as he will not disappoint you.
