Neil has just completed a great job replacing the wardrobe doors in one of our bedrooms. They had to be made to measure and needed to be attached to the existing bifold track mechanism which was not entirely straight forward and required some skilful jiggery pokery on Neil's part thereby avoiding having to use a new track and any associated additional costs. The result is highly professional and fully meets our expectations. It was a pleasure to have dealt with Neil and I would highly recommend him to anyone who might require his services.

I cannot praise Neil enough, he came to estimate a repair to a broken stair tread, decided the job would not be a big job so he repaired the stair there and then. The quality of the work was excellent and his pleasant manner made all the difference. We would have no concerns in having Neil working for us again.

Neil has done a fantastic job on our new fitted bedroom wardrobes. They're even better than we had expected. Neil is very professional, and completed all the work on the timescales that he had told us. We would recommend him and would definitely employ him in the future. Great job!

Neil has transformed our empty dressing room into an amazing space that is now practical and great storage. He is very personable and did exactly what we wanted. His attention to detail is second to none and he went above and beyond clearing up after himself so much so that you wouldn’t even know he had been in the house. We would thoroughly recommend him and won’t hesitate to use his services again for future projects.

Neil has just completed replacing all of our internal doors (15 items) including making the cupboard under the stairs door from scratch to match the other new doors. He demonstrated that he really is a true master craftsman in his work by making a beautiful job of every door. He turned up on the dot every day, always cheerful & respectful, totally trustworthy, very careful, cleaned up completely every day including disposal of the old doors, fixtures & fittings. We have no hesitation in recommending him - it has been a real pleasure

Exceptionally high standard of work from Neil @ Carrera. We hired Neil to replace 12 internal doors, and to refurb the existing staircase with new oak rails and posts, in a house that was clearly built before right angles were invented. Nothing was too much trouble, (a shame he couldn't say that about the doors...), with a very high level of attention to detail.More importantly he stuck to the original quote, once the reality set in about how hard the job would be despite the additional work involved. I can't recommend him enough.

We hired Carrera to adjust 4 doors that dragged on new carpet and box in some pipes. Doors glide smoothly and the room looks better than ever. Highly recommended!

I simply cannot speak more highly of Neil. He is such a skilled craftsman, incredibly conscientious, polite , tidy and thorough . It is clear he loves his job and that is manifested in his outstanding carpentry work. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Neil Peachey has just completed making bespoke wardrobe doors for two bedrooms. My previous melamine doors were dated and Neil made bi-fold doors in a shaker style. They fit perfectly and glide effortlessly. Although the lead time was 3 months it was worth the wait. What I particularly liked about Neil was his consideration of my property, using dust sheets and clearing up afterwards. I thought his pricing and terms were most acceptable. I will not hesitate in using Neil again for any of the work that he specialises in. Thank you for my beautiful doors.

I had a disgusting old 1970 backless staircase which was painted and had seen better days. Carrera have transformed these into a new modern Oak backed staircase with glass and they look absolutely amazing. The job cost exactly as per the quote. I could not recommend Neil enough. Workmanship was 10/10. I will definitely be having more work done in the future.

Neil Peachey at Carrera Carpentry completed some small repairs to joinery both inside and outside our house and on the basis of his work we then asked him to fit 13 new internal doors, making the necessary repairs/adjustments to the frames. He's recently clad our staircase in oak and fitted new oak hand rails and spindles. We're extremely happy with his work and feel that we found a true tradesman. We would therefore highly recommend him.

Exceptionally high standard of work from Neill Carrera. He fitted eleven doors to my daughters flat and was absolutely brilliant, he was clean, polite, courteous and nothing was too much bother. I would have no problem at all in recommending him.

A pleasant and competent technician producing high quality workmanship. He listened to my requirements for cutting and curving a cantelevered worktop in my kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble. He returned to finish edging as needed. I have nothing but praise for this talented carpenter.
