3rd or 4th time we have used Dec Create and will be using them again. Previously used them to paint the outside of our house and then the two lounges, and dining room. This time was for the kitchen. All work carried out to a high standard and all areas that need remedial work (filling etc) were finished off very professionally. All left clean and tidy too. Excellent as always.

We appointed Michelle from Dec Create to carry out a full prep and decoration of our large master bedroom/ dressing room and ensuite .This included feature wall in wall paper all walls and ceilings and all woodwork including skirting frames and doors.Michelle is a hard working lady and her work ethic and standard of work is superb.She is trustworthy , punctual and always on hand to give advice and find the right solution for a superb finish .We wouldn't hesitate to appoint her in the future for any further work needed. I asked Dec Create to strip the wood chip from the walls of the living room of my Victorian terrace and then re plaster and paint. As I knew that the job would involve a lot of mess , I asked that the work be completed whilst I was abroad. Dec Create finished on schedule and the finish was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Dec Create have just redecorated 3 rooms and stairs/ landing and have done a fantastic job. We have used them before for external paintwork on the house and now internally. What can I say about Dec Create – absolutely terrible work undertaken by this company. They have done three rooms all with issues from wallpaper hung badly (edges don’t meet and paste on front of wallpaper so there are now brown marks) to peeling off paint. Everything now needs to be redone. Sloppy sub-standard work – wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

This is the third time we have used Dec Create and are very pleased with the result. We left Michelle and team our keys ,whilst on holiday, and came back to a lovely decorated kitchen. All works carried out as quoted and all cleared away for our return. We will definitely use again.

He is very cooperative and understands my needs so doesn't include any unnecessary work. He is very thorough and quick to respond. I discovered Dec Create in 2023 when in need of competent and careful professionals to prepare my property for sale. The job went so well that I invited them back to carry out full re-decoration of the house into which I moved shortly afterwards. I found the business-owners knowledgeable, professional and friendly as are the team who work for them. They are punctual, do what they say they will, when they say they will, keep mess and disruption to a minimum and are meticulous in addressing anything which is not absolutely as expected. We used DecCreate to paint the outside of our house. All work carried out to an excellent standard. Areas requiring repair (loose rendering etc) were fully restored before re painting. Harry did a fantastic job and afterwards all left very clean and tidy. Great job and would use DecCreate again for any decorating job.

I had the good fortune of choosing Michelle to come and do some decorating for me recently. There are not enough words to say how fantastic her work was. She decorated most of the house for me and what is most essential to get a good finish is the time she took in preparing the walls before starting the work. Everything she did was first class which included both painting and wallpapering. She was always very willing and the house was left clean and tidy at the end of the day. I will be having her back in a month or so to decorate the kitchen and bathroom which are the only rooms in the house left to do. I had two shop fronts in a conservation area that needed sanding back, filling and painting to a high quality. I asked Jeremy to take the job on and deliver a high standard finish. I've used Dec Create for painting our home for over 15 years now and have no hesitation in recommending them. Most recently they have painted the whole inside and outside of our 5 bedroom house together with various outbuildings. On other occasions, the jobs have been smaller - but they are able to flex to jobs that are both small and large. They have a number of painters who work with them - all of whom have been a pleasure to have in the house and whose work is overseen by Michelle and Jeremy, who also work alongside them. We are thrilled with the results of their recent work. I completely trust all their painters who we have given our house keys to and left to get on with the job for odd hours and also a whole week's holiday. I will certainly want to use them again.

Each time Dec Create have quoted competitively and clearly and the work has been carried out to an excellent standard, on time and within budget. The scope has included wallpaper stripping, hanging lining paper, fitting coving, painting walls and ceiling and papering a feature wall. Michelle clearly outlined any issues that arose as the jobs progressed so we could agree the best approach and left the work area clean and tidy at the end of the job. After suddenly needing to put our house on the market ASAP, we needed someone to redecorate our kitchen/dining room, hall, stairs and landing within a week. Jeremy and the team were able to come in within a few days, and redecorated all rooms, including the ceilings, to a high standard and for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them, as without their short notice availability we would have had to delay listing the house.

Michelle - who is Dec Create - is a super-talented woman to welcome into your home. She has such a flair for decorating, as is shown by the wonderful job she has done in my home of bringing back my somewhat jaded and neglected study, to it's former glory. The quotation was fair and competitive. We had all the external paintwork on our house re-painted. They were the first company to quote and gave us a good explanation of how the work would be done.There were some delays due to bad weather but we were fitted in before the end of the season. The work looks good, although I can never be sure without going up a long ladder, which I don't intend to do. The work was done carefully and they checked with us about various things as they went along and did not complain about minor changes.

We had the kitchen wall, landing, ceilings and whole stairs redecorated by the team. We also needed sanding, filling and painting of 8 door frames, all work was done in two days. Michelle has done a fantastic job on my bedroom, there was a LOT of painting to do: ceiling, walls, panelling, wardrobes, skirting, doors and architrave. All was completed to a very high standard. She also has a wealth of knowledge and ideas worth tapping into. It was a pleasure to have her in my home and I'm so impressed I will be having her back to do additional rooms now. First time in using Dec Create and certainly won’t be the last! Michelle came in, very friendly and as it turns out is very clean, tidy and certainly hard working! Our lounge, which is quite sizeable, wanted a complete makeover....some bits needed filling, some needed sanding and the old coving needed a bit of repair to some small cracks as it is quits old....prep work all done, no problem. I won’t drag the review out but the room (complete colour change, especially to the chimney breast feature wall) now looks fresh and has been totally transformed....next on the list for Michelle is the dining room & kitchen! The long and short of it is if you want a truly professional service who does everything to the highest standard from start to finish, Michelle should be very high on an extremely short list.....massive thanks Michelle, without doubt 5/5

Michelle has decorated our house for several years now. We have always found her most professional and friendly. She knows her job inside out and is meticulous - the first thing that happens each day is a trail of dustsheets from the door to the place where she's working, and on go her plastic slippers! In addition she happily moves furniture, curtains. pictures and lampshades and returns them perfectly when the paint has dried out. Everything is left clean and tidy when she finishes the job, and all rubbish is removed. We can recommend her highly, whether for complete room decoration or just touching up any trouble spots.

Harry and Michelle really helped me out when I had been let down by another decorator and I am so glad I found them! Harry did some wall papering for me which has turned out really well and Michelle came to redo some poor quality paintwork. Michelle has a really keen eye for detail which is exactly what I needed for my job! Both Harry and Michelle took time to understand my requirements, needs and expected outcomes. In addition, they communicated really well throughout so there were no surprises. Both worked non stop to get the job done and the result for me was excellent. Michelle from Dec Create is brilliant. I wanted stripped wallpaper in alcove under stairs to match perfectly with stripe on wall over stairs which she did perfectly, it was spot on. Paintwork was also applied with care leading to a very professional finish. Am very pleased with the outcome which has transformed a dull and tired looking staircase into a bright and fresh one. Michelle definitely has an eye for detail. Michelle and Dec Create were lifesavers! They undid a previous decorator's attempt to wallpaper my lounge and made it the haven I hoped it would be. It took much longer than anticipated as I chose the toughest wallpaper pattern to match in the world, but Michelle persevered. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I have used the services of Michelle and Jeremy, and it will not be the last. They produce work of an extremely high standard, are friendly and professional and turn up when they say they will. Michelle can advise on colour choices too which is good for me as I cannot easily envisage what a room will look like when it is finished. Jeremy works amazingly hard and will go that extra mile if he sees something extra that needs attention, without necessarily charging more on top of the original quotation, a refreshing change from some workers who squeeze every last penny out of you. He cleans up extremely thoroughly as he goes and afterwards too. Post-plasterers coming in, a front room ceiling and the whole of a bathroom were decorated, including a large amount of wood that needed sanding down and treatment before painting could commence, and it all looks fantastic, I couldn’t be happier with the work.

As we had a short time frame they came in while we were on holiday and got everything done while we were away, including fitting and painting new skirting board. I own a number of flats and I have engaged Jeremy on numerous occasions to re-decorate and renovate them. As well as re-painting inside and outside he has refitted bathrooms and kitchens and re-tiled floors.
