Our washing machine stopped working on Tuesday evening, I called Electricare late in the evening expecting to get an answerphone - I ended up speaking with Bill and he arranged an appointment for Thursday. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the fault within a very short space of time. He checked the machine over and found another (undiagnosed ) fault which was also repaired. Good old fashioned customer service by a very experienced tradesman. It was a pleasure to deal with him, he was obviously passionate about what he did and was clearly very good at it. The final bill was very reasonable & I even got discount for using the Green Book. I would not hesitate to recommend Electricare and will definitely use them again. A solid 10 / 10 for performance and outstanding customer service

I called Electricare Monday about a dishwasher problem. I was told he could come between 10 and 12 on Thursday. He arrived at 9:45. He found two leaks, fixed both, and serviced the machine. He was pleasant, and kept me informed with what he was doing. The final charge was reasonable. If I need more repairs, I will use Electricare again.

I needed a service to repair a bad leak in my washing machine today, I called various people from the book but they either had answering machines or could not make for 2 days, it was an emergency, I finally got hold of Electricare from Bracknell who went out of his way to come within the hour and did an excellent job,I would highly recommend him.
