He was in the area when I called and came straight round. Very efficiently sorted problem, gave advice as to how to prevent reoccurrence and also how we could try to resolve ourselves if problem crops up again. Very pleased with friendly service given.

I refer to the Little Green Directory on many occasions and more recently contacted A Better Drainflow Ltd in Earley regarding a suspected toilet blockage at my home. The response to my telephone call was immediate and Don arrived at my home very shortly afterwards. His thorough investigation, diagnosis and solution dealt with the problem. Prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Don was able to attend on the day I contacted him. He successfully cleared a drain blockage caused by tree roots in a professional and efficient manner and gave advice on what additional action was required to prevent recurrence. Highly recommended.

My husband had to call out Don to a blocked drain in Wokingham which he had trouble clearing. Don came out promptly and was extremely efficient in solving the problem. We would have no hesitation in recommending this family run business as they are very friendly, reasonably priced and accommodating in a crisis!

I called and left a message about a blocked drain and got called back within half an hour. Nobody could come out straight away but the first thing the next morning our drain was being cleared. Don't know what called the blockage (we suspect leaves and other debris from a tree that the council rather stupidly planted right outside our boundary), but it is now clear and we can use all facilities with a clear conscience.

I called Dom to clear our blocked drain and he came round within an hour. He dealt with the blockage promptly and even gave tips to stop it happening. Professional service, fair pricing from an all round top guy. I'd recommend and would use again.

Cleared blocked outside kitchen gully drain in Henley: Don gave a quote by phone, arrived when he promised and was very efficient and thorough. He explained what he was doing at every stage and finished the work in less than one hour. We are confident that he has cleared the blockage and he left everything clean. Mr Catt was prompt for our appointment, courteous and very professional. After rectifying the problem he waited on site to make 100% sure his job was done and he even gave me advice on what he thought caused the problem in the first place and what I could do to remedy the problem.
I will not hesitate to recommend him to other people, in fact, I already have; hopefully I will not require his services again, but if I do, he will be the first person I ring. All in all, he came across as a very nice genuine man who clearly loves his work.
