For some time we had been experiencing a problem with an RCD that was tripping on a random basis. The problem exacerbated itself a couple of weeks and no matter what we did it kept tripping. Andy White not only responded very quickly to our request for for help, but spent a solid 3 hours working through and finally isolating and solving the problem. He was then able to return to complete the job properly, but in the meantime we finally had an uninterrupted power supply again. At all times Andy was very personable and explained what he was doing in a language that we could understand; worked without interruption himself (especially not allowing his mobile phone to hinder his progress); and charged a very reasonable price for a superb level of service. I have no hesitation in giving him the highest level of recommendation and will definitely be calling on his services again.
