I called to see if they could come to connect my cooker to discover they were fully booked but they squeezed me in very quickly. The service we received was impeccable and Alan did more than was asked of him. He was very tidy and friendly. He was very accommodating and professional. He undertook the work late into the evening and this was of no bother to him. I will certainly be using his services again and would happily recommend this company.

Alan has provided a number of emergency callouts, both at my current and previous addresses. He came at little notice and each time he rectified the problem quickly and efficiently.
As a recent example of this, my flatmate managed to blow the house electrics by accidentally drilling through a live cable. Alan, who was on another job at the time, came round in his lunch break and temporarily disconnected the damaged cable, allowing the rest of the house to have electricity. He came back the next day, when he had more time to finish the job, and swapped out the damaged cable.
I have also used Alan to rectify some poor electrical work done by a previous contractor, as well as install external lighting.
Alan has always been punctual, polite and I've not had a reason to complain about any of the work he has done for me. If I need any electrical work done in the future I fully intend to use Alan, as I trust him to get the job done. -
I am writing to express my appreciation for the work undertaken by Alan at our house, the attention to detail and workmanship was second to none. He listened fully to what I wanted undertaking, he had no problems with any changes I wanted demonstrating full professionalism throughout the Job. He started when we agreed, he was prompt to start and worked hard until the day was finished, every day I was amazed at how much was done. It was a first class installation in every aspect. I will only be using Boswell Electrical for any future electrical jobs I need doing and have recommended them to family and friends.
