Alan used to tune my piano years ago when I was a girl! I've recently got my hands on a second hand piano, which is beautiful but tired, it was very out of tune and some of the keys weren't playing. Until Alan worked his magic that is! He fitted me in at his earliest available appointment and was friendly, polite and efficient while he was in my home. Really pleased with the result... except for that I won't be able to blame the rusty piano for my rusty playing anymore!
