I would be happy to recommend Jay Carter and MEM, he recently fitted extra sockets at my home as we had a lack of sockets downstairs and he fitted an external sensor light outside the front for additional security.Jay was knowledgable and explained the job and what he would need to do, he completed it all in a tidy and professional manner, he is personable and chatty and I will definitely use his services again and have passed on recommendations to my friends also.

Jay recently fitted a new shower pump for our en-suite shower. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable and courteous. Excellent service from start to finish! Jay from MEM has been servicing our boiler annually for the last 5 years and has carried out lots of other jobs including, balancing the radiators, replaced the pump for the shower, installed a light in the loft and fitted new pipework prior to a new washing machine install. Everything was carried out to exceptionally high standard. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, and he took the time to explain everything clearly while making sure all the work was completed perfectly. He left everything clean and tidy, and we are delighted with the results. It is such a relief to find someone so reliable and skilled. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will definitely be using his services again.

Fantastic service, quick diagnostic and resolution. I’ve had an issue with my water pressure for over a year and just like that all taps are in perfect working order.
