Matt was recommended to us by a retired builder friend of ours when we needed our roof and porch covering replaced. Matt came and gave us a very competitive quote for the work, which included replacing tiles, felt, batten and guttering, as well as upgrading our loft insulation and installing new fascia and soffits. Matt was really friendly and helpful and he has a great team who were very polite, professional and efficient (special mention to Jack!). They did a really neat job and we are so pleased with the work that was done. We would highly recommend Maiva Roofing!

Matt Howe and his team stripped our roof, replaced the felt and also replaced rotting timber. They renewed the lead and checked the chimney for pointing. he price was very competitive and the quality of the team’s work high. They worked very efficiently, completing the job in about a week. Matt and his staff are very pleasant and easy to work with. The site was kept tidy. Highly recommended.

The price quoted by Maica Roofing was very competitive and the work was carried out to a very high standard! Matt and his team were both polite and friendly. They worked efficiently in a professional and tidy manner. They left the site in an immaculate condition. I will be using this company again if I need further roofing work done.
