We sadly made the mistake of initially going with a rogue roofer to have our roof replaced. This meant having to do it all over again. Daryl and his team stepped up and sorted the whole mess out - thankfully. The office kept us informed with any updates about the work to be carried out - especially with the nasty weather we have recently been experiencing, which was greatly appreciated. The teams on the day were all punctual, friendly, approachable and professional and managed to sort out the mess within a very timely manner. Thank you guys for the sterling work carried out - it's a great relief to know that we now have a solid roof over our heads!

Excellent service from the initial survey, the work carried out, clear up and even replacing the old gutter guards on the new gutters which I wasn't expecting them to do. No hesitation in recommending this company.

Roofing Matters replaced a leaking valley in our tiled roof. They were extremely courteous and efficient and they did a very professional job at a reasonable price. We would have no hesitation in using their services again.

I contacted Mr Cooke following discovering a leak in the roof during heavy rain. He recognised the urgency of my issue and advised he would be with me as soon as he completed his current job within the hour. He turned up promptly and quickly located the broken tile and brought the tile down to show me which was very reassuring. He replaced the tile. All in all he was very efficient, friendly and punctual.

Daryl recently undertook an exterior cladding and brickwork job for me. I was pleasantly surprised how professionally he went about the day. The work was done very much to my satisfaction and at a price which I thought was very fair. I would be happy to recommend DC Property Maintenance to anybody.
