Jeremy first surveyed our house for a potential buyer. We watched the way he worked and really liked what we saw. Unfortunately, the sale fell through, not because of his survey I might add. Jeremy has been great to work with on the Level 3 survey for our recent purchase. His reports are detailed and simple to understand. He offers to call you afterwards to discuss any red flags and has a gentle way of explaining his thinking. In fact, we had a hiccup in the proceedings, and he was open to further discussion to work through the problem, which was so kind, and above and beyond the remit of the survey. I would use him again.

Jeremy Selas was contacted to complete a Level 2 RICS Homebuyers survey for us in relation to an upcoming house purchase.
