Very professional company. Used previously for double-glazed sash windows and front door. When I moved and needed a new door again I got a few quotes. They were still competitively priced and I trusted their expertise and brilliant service. They delivered exactly as I had hoped: Friendly, helpful, courteous - great service.

The carpenter Paul who installed the windows did a fantastic job taking out the old windows and restoring the frame before installing the new windows. I highly recommend this company.

I had The Sash Window Workshop replace four of my wooden Edwardian sash windows. They made the new ones identical to the originals, so they fit in perfectly with the other remaining windows. They’re now double-glazed and open easily, so they’ve really improved the comfort of the rooms. The man that came to measure up and quote explained exactly what they offered and gave me a quote, making it clear that they wouldn’t put any pressure on me to place an order in any hurry. I had time to think about exactly what I wanted doing, before getting back to them, in my own time, to place my order. The fitters came on the date I’d arranged, on time and were very careful not to make any mess in the house. They did the job well and made sure I checked everything was to my satisfaction before they left. I’m very happy with the job and would definitely recommend the company to others wanting to replace their sash windows.

We have used Sash Window Workshop on two occasions over a 3 year period, as a ‘two-stage project’ to undergo 7 replacement sash windows to our Victorian House. We have been delighted with their service from start to finish. From making the first initial phone call, having a visit from one of their reps, the payment process to installation and fitting. At no stage was there any course for concern – all part of the process was carried out to the highest of standards and we are delighted with the finished product.
